1. All items must be paid for in full PRIOR to the start of work.

2. Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. Changes must be made in writing, via fax or e-mail; we will not take them over the phone.

3. PLATINUM GREEK WEAR does not ship COD (cash on delivery).

4. Group orders are the responsibility of the group leader. Only one invoice will be issued for group orders.

5. An order is not complete until all items are finished. Individual pieces of an order will not be shipped, nor picked up until the entire order is complete, unless prior arrangements have been made.

6. Merchandise may not be picked up without a receipt.

7. Prices and/or item availability are subject to change without notice. All items will be charged at the current prices in effect at the time payment is received.

8. All cancellations must be made in writing, via fax or e-mail. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

9. At its discretion, PLATINUM GREEK WEAR may charge a restocking fee of $25.00 on orders not canceled within a 24-hour period, provided work on the order has not been started.

10. If an order is canceled for any reason, PLATINUM GREEK WEAR may re-initiate it(upon your request), at its discretion, upon receipt of full payment plus a $25.00 service charge.

11. Orders for anyone found to be an ILLEGAL member of an organization will be canceled immediately without refund. We reserve the right to contact the National, Regional, and/or Local representative of the organization in question.

12. PLATINUM GREEK WEAR disclaims and denies all expressed or implied warranties against infringement of design.

13. Customer warrants that it has the right to use the artwork, logos, design, etc. that is/are requested to be placed on PLATINUM GREEK WEAR products. Customers also warrants that it shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PLATINUM GREEK WEAR, Inc. it's officers, shareholders, employees, and agents against any claims for damages and costs, including but not limited to attorney's fees and costs, in any cause of action, including but not limited to an infringement action, as a result of embroidery, applied lettering, and/or printing of the requested artwork, logos, design, etc.

14. At its discretion, PLATINUM GREEK WEAR reserves the right to refuse service.

15. Making A Purchase: Making a purchase could not be easier.

Just browse our catalog, and click on any items that you wish to purchase and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked a few details that we need to complete your order. We gladly accept credit card payment. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express. Your credit card will be charged once you have submitted your order. Some customized orders may take up to 60 days for delivery. Orders taking over 60 days receive a 50% discount. If you are not comfortable with submitting your credit card information over the Internet, we will give you the option of providing your credit card information via phone, fax or regular mail.

Shipping And Handling: All stateside orders are shipped free. International orders are shipped based on weight.

Tax Charges: Sales tax will be applied to all orders. Our business is based in the State of Virginia.

16. Privacy Policy We do not disclose buyer's information to third parties.

17. Return Policy Platinum Greek Wear return policy.
If you are not satisfied with your generic order, please return it in new condition within 7 days of receipt. We will exchange the item or give you a full credit or refund for the purchase price of the item by your original method of payment. Please allow 2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your return to be exchanged or credited.

Can I return a customized Platinum Greek Wear product?
All Platinum Greek Wear products are inspected and certified for craftsmanship prior to shipping. We also check your custom order form against what you submitted on line. Please ensure you verify all information prior to submitting your order. We apologize but customized products cannot be returned.

Please note: Please ensure you indicate the correct size, color and style of jacket. Also ensure you correctly spell customized names, chapters, and year of induction. If it is our mistake we will replace the product.

There was a problem with my shipment; how do I get it corrected?

18. Return directions Mailing back your return:
When returning the item you purchased, please include the return form, which is located on the reverse side of the invoice received with your shipment. If you no longer have the invoice, print out the on-line return form. Fill out the required
information and enclose with your package. If you are unable to obtain the return form, please include your name, address and daytime phone number along with the reason for the exchange on an 8 1/2 by 11 sheet of paper. If it is an exchange, please include the style number, organization, size and color of the product you would like exchanged.

We are unable to reimburse for any postage unless the product is defective or an error occurred when filling your order.

Collection Fees and Attorney Fees
If for any reason you have items that were not fully paid for; including hot checks, unpaid items, or disputed credit cards you will be charged processing fees, attorney fees, collection fees and any other fees that may be applicable. We reserve the right to use any form of payment we may have on file for any items that were purchased in the past.
